GREWIA SQUASH
Ingredients:
500 gm grewia
1 litre water
citric acid
500 gm sugar
Method:
1. Put grewia in water and by meshing them take out their seeds.
2. Now blend the pulp of grewia in a blender.
3. Cook sugar with water in a sauce pan until the sugar becomes dissolved.
4. Cool down the sugar syrup and mix the grewia juice in the syrup.
5. Add citric acid and keep in refrigerators.
MANGO LASSI
Ingredients:
2 mangoes pulp
1 liter milk
1 cup yogurt
sugar to taste
Method:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
Serve Chilled and enjoy!!
CHOCOLATE DRINK
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1 scoop chocolate ice-cream
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon condense milk
grated chocolate for garnish
Method:
1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Garnish with grated chocolate.
Serve Chilled and enjoy!!
ORANGE SODA DRINK
Ingredients:
2 cups orange juice
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon lemon juice
soda water as required
Method:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
Add soda water to this juice at the time of serving and enjoy!!
WATER MELON AND PINEAPPLE JUICE
Ingredients:
1 cup watermelon juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup sugar syrup
crashed ice cubes as required
1 cup water
Method:
Serve Chilled and enjoy!!
ALMOND SQUASH
Ingredients:
150 gm Almond
30 gm green cardamom
1 teaspoon aniseed
150 gm poppy seed
50 gm black pepper
2 teaspoon rose water
2 kg sugar
1 litre water
citric acid 1/2 teaspoon
1. Grind almonds, cardamom, poppy seed, aniseed and black pepper.
2. add some water to the mixture and filter five times with the help of a linen cloth.
3. Cook sugar with water in a sauce pan until the sugar becomes dissolved.
2. Now mix the grinned mixture in the sugar syrup.
5. Add citric acid and rose water to the mixture.
3. Cool down the juice and keep in refrigerator.
POMEGRANATE SQUASH
Ingredients:
1 kg Pomegranate Extract
1 kg Rose water
1 kg sugar
Preparation of Pomegranate extract
Take out the seeds of Pomegranate and take out their exract in a juicer machine and filter the juice with the help of a piece of linen cloth.
Method:
1. Cook sugar with rose water in a sauce pan until the sugar becomes dissolved.
2. Now mix the Pomegranate extract in it and cook until the juice became thick.
3. Cool down the juice and keep in refrigerator.
Add some quantity of this squash into chilled water at the time of serving and enjoy!!
PINE APPLE SQUASH
Ingredients:
1 kg Pine apple
1 kg Rose water
1kg sugar
Method:
1. Cut the pine apple into small pieces and cook them with 1/2 kg of rose water for about half an hour.
2. Filter the pine apple extract with the help of a piece of a linen cloth.
3 .Now cook the sugar with the remaining rose water until the sugar becomes dissolve in it.
4. Then mix both of the extracts together.Pour into bottles and refrigerate them.
Add some quantity of this squash into chilled water at the time of serving and enjoy!!
APRICOT COFFEE SMOOTHY
Ingredients:
1 cup Apricot extract
1 1/2 cup coffee
1/2 cup chilled milk
20 ounce Coffee ice cream
Method:
1. Take a bowl and mix coffee,apricot and milk together.
2. Add ice cream in the above mixture and beat it until the mix becomes smooth.
Serve Chilled and enjoy!!
GRAPES SQUASH
1 kg Fresh grapes juice
4 table spoon Rose water
1kg sugar
1 tea spoon citric acid
Method:
2. Now mix the Grapes extract in it and cook until the juice became thick.
3. Add citric acid into the mixture.
4. In the end add rose water and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Cool down the juice and keep in refrigerator.
Add some quantity of this squash into chilled water at the time of serving and enjoy!!
MIX FRUIT SQUASH
1 cup Orange juice
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup grapes juice
1 cup pine apple juice
3 cups water
8 cups sugar
1/2 tea spoon salt
Method:
1. Mix all the juices together.
2.Make the sugar syrup with sugar and water on the flame.
3.Cool down the the sugar syrup and mix it with the juices.
4.Pour into bottles and keep in refrigerator.
Add some quantity of this squash into chilled water at the time of serving and enjoy!!
GUAVA SQUASH
Ingredients:
1kg sugar
1 1/2 litre water
4 tea spoon citric acid
2 drops Green food colour
Method:
1. Cut guava into small pieces and cook them with water until the guava become soft.
2. Filter the guava extract with the help of a piece of a linen cloth.
3. Now add sugar and cook until the sugar become dissolve in it.
4. Add citric acid into the mixture.
5. In the end add food colour.
6. Cool down the juice and keep in refrigerator.
Add some quantity of this squash into chilled water at the time of serving and enjoy!!
BLACK GRAPES SQUASH
1 kg Fresh grapes juice
1 litre water
1kg sugar
1 tea spoon citric acid
1 tea spoon salt
A pinch of Potassium bisulphate
Method:
1. Make grapes exract in a juicer machine and filter the juice with the help of a piece of linen cloth.
2. Cook sugar with water in a sauce pan until the sugar become dissolve in it.
3. Mix both the mixture and cool down the juice.
4. Now filter with the help of a piece of a linen cloth.
4. Add citric acid into the mixture.
5. Add salt and Potassium Bisulphate to 1/4 cup of water and pour this mixture into the grapes extract.
5. Pour the squash into bottles and keep in refrigerator.
Add some quantity of this squash into chilled water at the time of serving and enjoy!!
